Surgical treatment of dissociated vertical deviation (DVD)

目的 探讨分离性垂直斜视(dissociated vertical deviation，DVD)的有效手术治疗方法。方法对110例施行矫正手术的DVD病人(159眼)长期观察的结果行分析，比较和评定不同手术方法的远期效果。结果上直肌大量后徙(7～9mm)组远期满意率为82．8％，上直肌后徙5～6mm组为零，上直肌后,后徙联合后固定组为44．4％，下斜肌后徙转位组为52．4％。结论四种手术方法的远期疗效以上直肌大量后徙组最好。Objective To evaluate effecfive surgical methods of DVD. Method 110 patients with DVD underwent strabismus surgery using four procedures. The long-term results were assessed and the effectiveness of surgical procedures was compared. Result The satisfactory rate of long term result of large recession of SR muscle, 5～ 6mm recession of SR muscle, Recession of SR muscle with Faden operation and anterior transposition of the inferior oblique muscle were 82.8%, 0, 44.4% and 52.4% respectively. Conclution It appears that long term results of large rcession of SR muscle is far superior to the other 3 methods.04145-147
