Two new homoisoflavonoids ophiopogonone D ( 1) and ophiopogonanone G ( 2) were isolated from the fibrous roots of Ophiopogon japonicus. The structures of these two compounds were determined on the basis of spectroscopic means including HR-ESI-MS, 1D, and 2D NMR experiments.
