In this paper, we present a network model in which every identical node is a time-delay Lur'e system, and we investigate the synchronization problem of such models. It is shown that the synchronization condition is determined by the dynamics of each uncoupled node by using a decoupling technique, which reduces a high-dimension linear matrix inequality to the test of a set of LMIs with dimensions of the same as that of each node. These derived criteria are very easy to be verified through Matlab Toolbox. The efficiency of the derived results is demonstrated by a numerical example through simulation.EI
