Nanoparticles (NPs) have recently been well investigated for cancer therapy. Among them, those that are responsive to internal or external stimuli are promising due to their flexibility. In this feature article, we provide an overview on stimuli-sensitive cancer therapy, using pH- and reduction-sensitive NPs, as well as light- and magnetic field-responsive NPs.http://gateway.webofknowledge.com/gateway/Gateway.cgi?GWVersion=2&SrcApp=PARTNER_APP&SrcAuth=LinksAMR&KeyUT=WOS:000342069600001&DestLinkType=FullRecord&DestApp=ALL_WOS&UsrCustomerID=8e1609b174ce4e31116a60747a720701Chemistry, MultidisciplinarySCI(E)PubMed18ARTICLEhou@pku.edu.cn7911614-116305
