银屑病是一种常见的慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病.银屑病在世界各地不同人群中的患病率有明显差异,欧美报告的患病率约1%～3%,1984年我国银屑病的患病率为0.123%,2008年流行病学调查显示患病率为0.47%,男女分布相近,提示我国银屑病的患病率有升高趋势.银屑病的发病与遗传和环境因素相关.致病基因尚未找到,发现了一系列易感基因.环境因素中,寒冷、吸烟、嗜酒、感染、外伤、潮湿可能是银屑病发病危险因素,近年来的研究显示,银屑病易患糖尿病、高脂血症和心血管疾病.中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)014-61
