报告1例以阴茎包皮肿胀为主要表现,并合并有衣原体感染的二期梅毒.患者男,49岁,阴茎皮疹2个月,全身皮疹2周,包皮肿胀伴尿道口脓性分泌物1周,沙眼衣原体抗原、TPHA及RPR均阳性.诊断:二期梅毒,衣原体性尿道炎.予红霉素治疗,皮疹未见好转,考虑为螺旋体耐药菌株,更换为苄星青霉素治疗后痊愈.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)03268,2722
