目的:应用生物电阻抗频谱分析法(bio-impedance electrical spectroscopy,BIS)评估血液透析(HD)患者干体重.方法:106例健康志愿者按体重指数(BMI)和性别不同分为六组,分别计算每组细胞外液(extracellular volume,ECV)占体重的百分比(ECV%).56例临床评估认为干体重合适的HD患者也同样按照BMI和性别分为六组记录透析前体重(Wb),测量其透析前细胞外液(ECVb),按照Chamney公式计算干体重=(Wb-ECVb)/(1-ECV%).ECV采用美国Xitron Technologies,Inc的Xitron 4200HYDRA BIS分析仪测定. 结果:正常人群ECV%在不同性别间有显著差别,男性(0.253±0.016)vs女性(0.226±0.014)L/kg(P<0.01);不同体脂状况中BMI越大,ECV%越小.Chamney公式计算的干体重(61.75±11.75)kg显著高于临床评估的干体重(60.87±11.32)kg(P<0.001).但二者之间呈显著相关关系,Pearson r=0.9912(P<0.001).结论:BIS评估HD患者干体重与临床评估间有良好的相关性,可用于临床评估HD患者的干体重.中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)03245-2481
