目的 建立测定人血浆中麦考酚酸(免疫抑制剂)含量的HPLC/MS/MS方法 .方法 血浆样品经乙腈沉淀蛋白后,以15 mmol·L-1醋酸铵-甲醇梯度洗脱,用Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,通过电喷雾离子化三重四极杆串联质谱,经多反应监测模式检测,m/z321.2→m/z 303.0(麦考酚酸),m/z237.0→m/z194.0(卡马西平,内标).结果 血浆中麦考酚酸的线性范围为0.1~10 μg·mL-1,方法 回收率为104.1%~106.6%,日内、日间精密度均小于7%.结论 本法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,已应用于肾移植后患者麦考酚酸酯的治疗药物监测.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)05445-4472
