Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)往往都表现为气流阻塞,前者气流阻塞于细支气管和支气管,后者于睡眠时反复发生上气道气流阻塞,两者分别存在细支气管、支气管和上气道局部的炎症,同时又由不同机制导致全身系统性炎症.两者在病理生理发展变化上是否可以相互影响目前尚未完全明确.本文主要就OSAHS和COPD与炎症反应的关系、两者的相互关系及预后等方面作相应综述.Chronic obstructive pulmonarY disease(COPD)and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea (OSAHS)can both manifest airflow obstruction,which either happens in the bronchia and bronchioles for the former,or upper airway repeatedly during sleeping for the latter.It is not only local inflammation occurring in the bronchioles,bronchia and upper airway,but also is a systemic inflammation enhanced by different mechanisms.It is not clear whether COPD and OSAHS can affect each other in pathology and pathophysiology.This review will refer to the inflammation and interaction between COPD and OSAHS and the prognosis for the patients suffered from COPD or OSAHS.中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)011684-6872
