[目的]探讨低剂量全身辐射(LTBI)治疗肿瘤作用的价值.[方法]回顾低剂量全身辐射抗肿瘤作用及其机制.[结果]LTBI治疗慢性淋巴细胞白血病、进展期低度恶性非霍奇金淋巴瘤有肯定的疗效.[结论]LTBI在肿瘤治疗中联合放疗、化疗和免疫治疗可能取得更大的疗效.05292-2941
