采用大气压激光解吸附离子化质谱(APLDI-MS)技术对多种药片的有效成分进行了快速实时分析.在不进行任何样品处理的条件下,含有一种或多种有效成分的药片,均可通过APLDI-MS分析直接得到其有效成分的质谱信号,并且可通过二级质谱对它们进行结构确认.APLDI在离子化过程中不需加载高电压,也不使用溶剂或气体辅助离子化;同时由于所使用的近红外脉冲激光具有较强的穿透性,因此对于有薄衣包覆的药片也可以直接进行检测.本方法具有简便、快速、准确的优势,在药物高通量筛查、质量控制、打击药品违法添加等领域具有广阔的应用前景.An atmospheric pressure laser desorption ionization mass spectrometric (APLDI-MS) method has been developed for the fast and direct screening of active ingredients in drug tablets.
