采用化学力显微术 ( CFM)研究了一种长链氨基自组装单分子膜的力滴定性质 ,考察了表面基团性质不同的力探针对力滴定的影响 ;测定了金包覆的 Si3N经— OH和— NH2 基功能化的金样品之间的粘滞力 ,得到了作为溶液 p H值函数的粘滞力曲线 (力滴定曲线 ) .结果表明 ,— NH2 和— OH基功能化的表面 p K1 / 2分别为 8.4和 9.0 .Chemical force microscopy(CFM) was used to measure the adhesion forces between Au-coated Si3N4 tip functionalized with -OH and -NH2 groups and gold sample functionalized with -NH2 groups, The curves of the adhesion force as the function of the solution pH values(force titration curve) was obtained.
