目的 观察沙美特罗替卡松(SM/FP)干粉剂吸入治疗儿童哮喘的疗效.方法 根据患儿治疗前哮喘的严重程度给予不同剂量SM/FP吸入,应用该药治疗180d以上,评价7d、30d、180d的疗效.结果 经过SM/FP 180d吸入治疗,显著提高了哮喘患儿的晨间最大呼气流速值、夜间最大呼气流速值,明显改善了患儿的肺功能;亦显示SM/FP能够改善患儿日夜间哮喘症状评分,减缓哮喘症状,可减少短效β2受体激动剂的使用.同时证实,在治疗第1周上述疗效指标即有显著的改善,且在治疗半年后得到持续改善.结论 沙美特罗替卡松干粉剂吸入治疗小儿哮喘效果显著,值得推广应用.Objective To observe the effect of salmeterol/flutieasone propionate on children with asthma.
