随着哥本哈根会议的召开,气候变化问题日益成为全世界关注的热点.经济学家对气候变化问题的关注始于上世纪80年代,他们尝试以经济学的视角和方法研究气候变化的特征,寻求控制全球变暖的解决之道.已有的研究成果主要分为三类:气候变化的外部性研究、代际公平的研究以及国际公平的研究.从这几个方面出发,对气候变化经济学的研究成果进行系统归纳和评述,将为我国的相关研究和气候政策的制定提供有益的借鉴.山东省软科学研究项目; 中国海洋发展研究中心科研项目中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)0272-8
