激光焊接是高能束焊接方法之一,采用高功率Nd:YAG激光束可将钢板和铝板连接在一起,具有焊缝高宽比大、热影响区小、焊接残余应力及残余变形小、焊接速度快等优点.在汽车车身结构中同时采用钢材、铝材可达到自身质量和制造成本的优化.由于钢材和铝材的力学、热力学性能相差很大,采用何种焊丝能得到性能良好的焊缝材料是较为关键的技术.为此探讨了2种板材搭接后焊缝材料的力学性能、硬度等对焊接接头性能的影响,着重研究了锌基ZnAl合金焊缝材料的影响.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)0425-273
