目的:研究和厚朴酚在大鼠体内药代动力学变化规律.方法:采用HPLC法测定大鼠静脉注射给药后的体内血浆中和厚朴酚的浓度,并用3P87程序处理数据.结果:静脉注射和厚朴酚后,药-时曲线符合三室开放模型,具有体内分布快、血药浓度下降迅速等特点.结论:为和厚朴酚的剂型设计和药效学研究提供了重要依据.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)0141-443
