目的 考察灯盏花素壳聚糖-海藻酸钠微囊的制备工艺和释药机制.方法 采用复凝聚法制备了灯盏花素壳聚糖-海藻酸钠微囊.采用常用模型拟合探讨其药物释放机制.结果 所得微囊的制备工艺简单,大小均匀,载药量大且药物含量均匀.结论 利用复凝聚法制备灯盏花素海藻酸钙微囊方法简单,药物释放机制为骨架溶蚀作用.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)081975-19761
