目的:对杜仲叶化学成分进行研究.方法:溶剂法、色谱法分离化学成分,波谱法鉴定其结构.结果:从叶中分离得到6个化台物,熊果酸(1).β-谷甾醇(2),对香豆酸(3),咖啡酸乙酯(4),绿原酸(5),松柏苷(6).结论:均为首次从杜仲叶中得到,化合物3,4,5为首次从杜仲属中获得.To study the chemical constituents from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides.The constituents were isolated by chromatography method and the structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis.Six compounds, ursolic acid(1), beta-sitosterol(2), p-coumaric(3), caffeic acid ethyl ester(4), chlorogenic acid(5) and syringin(6) were obtained.Compound 3, 4, 5 were obtained from the plant for the first time.PubMed中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)0138-402
