目的:了解戒酒互助协会(Alcoholics anonymous,AA,戒酒匿名会)对酒依赖患者的疗效.方法:随访了34位酒依赖患者参加AA以来的临床资料.根据出院后是否参加AA,分为AA组和非AA组,以患者出院后的戒酒时间评定疗效.结果:非AA组的戒酒时间平均为1.05±0.48月;AA组的戒酒时间平均为6.08±1.44月,差异有统计学显著性(t=3.93,P＜0.01).结论:戒酒互助协会对戒酒有一定疗效.中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU)中国科学引文数据库(CSCD)中国社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)012865-8661
