目的 通过研究急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化,探讨其与冠状动脉狭窄程度的相关性.方法 选取60例ACS患者,对照组50例,采用免疫比浊法测定hs-CRP,所有ACS患者进行冠状动脉造影对冠脉血管进行损害程度评分,研究hs-CRP与冠状动脉狭窄范围及程度的关系.结果 ACS组hs-CRP高于对照组(P<0.01).冠脉多支病变组hs-CRP高于单支病变组(P<0.01),闭塞组hs-CRP高于狭窄组(P<0.01).结论 测定ACS患者hs-CRP对其冠状动脉狭窄范围及程度有一定的预测价值.中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC)08719-7203
