Study on the Spatial Game of Healthcare Resources in Chinese County-level Cities in Medical Reform

目的:探讨地区间空间互动对医改的推动作用.方法:选取全国2007年县级市的医院密度数据为样本,运用空间计量经济学分析方法分析影响地区医院密度的因素.结果:县级市医院密度与年末人口数、中学密度、小学密度、每平方公量GDP 产值、每平方公里水果产值都相关.若周围邻近的县级市在医院密度上平均提高1%,那么,目标县级市就会提高0.249%作为回应.结论:中央政府关于医改的“顶层设计”,要更多包容地方政府间的区域均衡.Objective: To investigate the effect of local interaction on China Medical reforms. Method: Based on data of hospital density at city level in 2007, regional hospital density is calculated by applying spatial econometrics models. Result: It is shown that population, primary and secondary school, GDP density and fruit density affect the allocation of healthcare resources. When the average hospital density of neighbors increased 1%, the hospital density of target city will increase 0.249%.
