Abstract: Financial Management Village Fund. This research aims to know implementation of financial management village funds in Ogan Ilir South Sumatra. Data used primary data with decision makers in 26 villages. Which revealed with regard aspects financial management in accordance with stipulated in Permendagri 113/2014 and has complied with basic principles of financial management. Reporting and accountability remains problem for some villages. Not all villages researched have the human resources aspects of reporting and accountability. With regard the composition of the village budgetting, the villages do not the rules 70:30. This resulted in inequality in the implementation of rural development
