In this paper, the author deals with issues of International Legal Personality of International Organizations, ie. Public International Organizations formed by states. Special emphasis is placed on the general definition of international personality and theoretical foundations of Legal Personality of International Organizations. The legal nature, factualy status and constitutive elements of International Organizations are elaborated in detail on the basis of which it was concluded that the International Organizations represent a specific Legal Personality in the International Legal Order, and which possess the ability to take on their own behalf the rights and obligations in International Legal Relations, ie. in (Public) International Law
