Organizational learning is a continuous process of strategic use, generator of innovation via the empowerment of talent and intelligence of individuals, which leads to building learning organizations. This study aims to diagnose the organizational learning capacity in the Universidad de Oriente, Sucre Campus, Cumana, according to the perception of two groups of teachers assigned to the School of Sciences and the School of Humanities and Education.
