The authors present an overview of the knowledge acquired through the Sigmatist method on forests and pre-forest syntaxa in the phytochorological Djurdjura sub-sector of Kabylia. This area has been the subjectmatter of several phytosociological investigations that have enhanced knowledge of the forest and pre-forest communities belonging to the classes of the Quercetea ilicis, Quercetea pubescentis and Salici purpureae- Populetea nigrae. 3 classes, 4 orders, 7 alliances (and 2 sub-alliances), 13 associations and 10 sub-associations are formally distinguished relating to various types of forest formations.Les auteurs réalisent la synthèse des connaissances acquises par la méthode sigmatiste sur les syntaxons forestiers et préforestiers...
