International audienceThe Compton camera is a relevant imaging device for the detection of prompt photons produced by nuclear fragmentation in hadrontherapy. It may allow an improvement in detection efficiency compared to a standard gamma-camera but requires more sophisticated image reconstruction techniques. In this work, we simulate low statistics acquisitions from a point source having a broad energy spectrum compatible with hadrontherapy. We then reconstruct the image of the source with a recently developed filtered backprojection algorithm, a line-cone approach and an iterative List Mode Maximum Likelihood Expectation Maximization algorithm.
