International audienceDespite the perceived benefits of information and communication technologies in the perspective of sustainable development, the adoption of Green IT remains a still relatively unknown topic due to the lack of works being interested in it so far. This article, largely descriptive, therefore intends to explore organizational behaviors in this area and the determinants of adoption of Green IT. Based on the results of a survey conducted with French companies, this paper offers an overview of the diffusion of Green IT within organizations and contributes to the reflection on the links between information systems, corporate social responsibility and innovation.En dépit des avantages perçus des technologies de l'information et de la communication dans la voie du développement durable, l'adoption du Green IT demeure un sujet encore relativement méconnu en raison du peu de travaux qui s'y sont jusqu'ici intéressés. Cet article, largement descriptif, se propose en conséquence d'explorer les comportements des entreprises en la matière et les déterminants d'adoption du Green IT. S'appuyant sur les résultats d'une enquête réalisée auprès d'entreprises françaises, ce papier offre un panorama de la diffusion du Green IT au sein des organisations et contribue à la réflexion sur les liens entre systèmes d'information, responsabilité sociale d'entreprise et innovation.
