In this dissertation, we investigated the problems of the estimation but also the controller based-observer design in the time and frequency domains, for both standard linear systems and more general systems algebro-differentials ones also called singular systems. The goal of our approach is to propose easily implementable results and to cover the largest possible class of linear systems.
