Health organizations are complex and in full restructuring. Networks are emergent organizational modes. They are supposed to bring solutions for the necessary reforms by encouraging structures and professionals to work together, to share resources and competences. Their evaluation is both a necessity and an obligation but raises methodological difficulties due to the number and variety of the actors and their interactions. Our study approaches performance evaluation, both global and local, by using modelling as well as functional and dysfunctional analysis FMECA type.
