The author proposes to think about the aggressive drives final destinies into three types of intrapsychic functioning : the border-line state, the psychosomatic organization and the normalo-neurotic structure using a psychodynamique orientation centered on the Rorschach, and a clinical research interview associated with the 16PF5 questionary. This study was based on the 'single case' methodology. Acting in or acting out are for us linked to the defensive orientation and the nature of anguish. Our main hypothesis is that a psychic functioning more projective is relation to externalization of agressive drives on acting out behaviours related to anguish expression.
