This act wishcan give legal protected to the Indonesian\u27s labour rights that obtain for along time.Dispute, implementation of this Act not obey as wish as by the people and itimplementation still found many obstruction. For that, each of party available ofgovernment, region government, PJTKI and the user of Indonesian labour in abroadneed to correct the weakness on giving legal protection to Indonesian\u27s labour, so thatthe constitutional rights not suffered
