Keberhasilan pembangunan hutan tanaman dimulai dari penyediaan bibit yang baik yang dihasilkan dari persemaian. Salah satu gangguan yang muncul di persemaian adalah serangan penyakit, termasuk penyakit lodoh (damping-off) yang banyak menyerang bibit termasuk Acacia mangium Wild. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian fungi antagonis Trichoderma sp. dan Gliocladium sp. terhadap fungi Cylindrocladium sp. penyebab penyakit lodoh pada bibit A. mangium. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahap observasi lapangan dan di laboratorium/rumah kaca. Perlakuan terdiri dari 10 tingkat, dengan 4 periode waktu pengamatan dan 4 ulangan.
