Peningkatan Keterampilan Mendeskripsikan Denah dengan Diskusi Kelompok Kelas IV A SD Gembala Baik I

Improving students skill in describing place according to the map given for the Fourth Grade students of IV A Class in Gembala Baik 1 Elementary School. This research is conducted because the students of Class IV in Gembala Baik 1 Elementary School were inactive in speaking training which affected to the students skill in expressing their ideas orally. This problem can be solved by using group discussion technique. The problem of this research was, who is the plan, implementation and the speaking practice result which was done in order to improve the skill of Class IV A students of Gembala Baik 1 Elementary School in describing place orally according to the map given by using group discussion technique. This research is Classroom Action Research which consists of two cycles; each cycles covers planning stage, implementation, observation, and reflection. The result showed that after two cycles done, there was an improvement in students speaking skill
