One of the Ministry of Health efforts to support the decrease of maternal and child deaths rates is optimizing the handling of Obstetrics and Neonatal Emergency /complications at the level of basic services through the Basic Emergency Obstetric Neonatal Care (BEONC). A study was done in Karawang in 2014 to obtain input dan output from the implementation of the BEONC program and it\u27s financing from secondary data and policy. There has been an increase of budget of the construction of health centers which were capable of being BEONC since 2011, but it was not sufficient for the completeness of infrastructure and trained personnel .The increasing number of health centers capable of being BEONC was accompanied by increased number of handling...
