Hubungan Peran Kepala Sekolah sebagai Administrator dan Budaya Organisasi Sekolah dengan Kemandirian Guru di Sekolah

This research aimed to find out the correlation between the Principal\u27s Role as an Administrator and School Organizational Culture and the Teachers Independence in Elementary School Group 5 of Sejangkung District. This research used a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this research were 36 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results of this research showed that there was a simultaneous and significant correlation between the Principal\u27s Role as an Administrator and School Organizational Culture of the Teachers\u27 Independence in Elementary School Group 5 of Sejangkung District.
