This study aims to analyze the relationship of Total Quality Management (TQM) influence to managerial performance and Total Quality Management (TQM) interaction and performance measurement system have an effect on managerial performance. This research is a cros-sectional study. The population in this research is all employees of Regional Water Company (PDAM) Langgur Maluku Tenggara. The sample in this research is 52 employees with sampling technique that is purposive sampling.
