Manajemen Pembelajaran Berbasis Multiple Intelligences Di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kartasura

This study aims to describe: 1) preparation of teacher mastery about learning based on Multiple Intelligence 2) Implementation of learning based on Multiple Intelligence 3) The basic form of learning based on Multiple Intelligence in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Program Special Kartasura. This type of research is qualitative research with phenomenalogical research design. Data collection techniques used, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use interactive analysis techniques, while the technique of data validity using triangulation. The results showed 1) Preparation of teacher mastery in implementing learning based on multiple intelligences. a) training that emphasizes intelligence and not only in academics only. b) make a lesson plan that is the implementation plan c) administration in learning multiple multiple intelligences. 2) Learning Implementation based on Multiple Intelligence, a) Multiple intelligence based learning.
