Tinjauan Penerapan Sanksi Pidana Terhadap Pelaku Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan Yang Di Lakukan Oleh Anak (Studi Kasus Di Pengadilan Negeri Sukoharjo)

Delinquency is increase in every year especially by teenager or children underage. This happen because several causes appear from family, bad influences among friends, bad society, as well as their age and emotion still unstable. A child that enter sensitive period, teen age or in development to enter the adult world are much affected in the way they behave and manner because their mindset not yet thinking the bad impact. Sometime their actions endanger other people or themselves. One of this delinquency among children underage is violation. This factor is happen because their excessive anger which cause resentment then they find a way to vent their anger or emotion to other people. The child also cannot think wise from the resentment they did and the worst consequences they will do violent or even murder whom they think are enemy. This thing clearly is a criminal action which breaks the rules against the law. Criminal judgment and treatment for the teenager or children underage that did this will handle with special judgment, because this judgment for children which based from the Judge decision should give educative treatment and moral values to the children, beside the jail punishment
