Hubungan Pengetahuan, Masa Kerja, dan Beban Kerja Bidan Dengan Pelaksanaan Sop Kunjungan Neonatus Berdasarkan Kejadian Angka Kematian Bayi di Kota Surakarta

Implementation of neonatal visiting SOP has an impact on midwife work that may affect neonatal care service quality and decrease IMR from 11 infants in 2015 increased to 20 infants by 2016 in Surakarta City. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of knowledge, working period and workload with the implementation of neonatal visitation SOP by the midwife of puskesmas in Surakarta. The type of this research is quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were midwives in 11 puskesmas which amounted to 56 midwives. The sample selection was done by using exhaustive sampling technique. Statistical test using Chi Square and Fisher Exact test. The results showed that there was a correlation between knowledge with neonatal visits (p-value = 0,000; r = 0,0495), there was a correlation between the working period and the neonatal visitation SOP (p = 0.024; r = 0.318) there is no correlation between work load (p-value = 0,086; r = 0,262) with SOP visit neonatus by midwife of puskesmas in Surakarta. Surakarta Public Health Office needs to emphasize by providing direction and training to midwives on the importance of adhering to the implementation of neonatal visitation SOP in infants to affect the decrease in IMR
