However, not all of refill drinking water provides good quality. This reseach aimed know the presence of Escherichia coli in refill drinking water in the working area of Puskesmas Gambirsari Surakarta.The reseach method used is descriptive. Reseach was conducted on 11 refill drinking water depoes with observation and laboratory testing to know the presence of Escherichia coli. The results showed that all (100%) samples of refill drinking water in the working area of Puskesmas Gambirsari contained no Escherichia coli bacteria.
