Gambaran Karakteristik Kejadian Abortus Di Rumah Sakit Umum Umi Barokah Boyolali

Maternal mortality 15-50% caused by abortion. Abortion can result indeath from continuous bleeding and infection during abortion. Some of the factorsthat predispose to abortion include fetal factors, maternal factors, environmental factors, age, parity, occupation and history of abortion. The results of preliminarystudy of abortion incidence at Umi Barokah Boyolali Public Hospital in October 2015 to October 2016 were 6.2% while October 2016 to October 2017 increased to 7.1%. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of characteristics with abortion in Public Hospital Umi Barokah Hospital. The research type is descriptive using retrospective approach. The population in this study were mothers who had abortion in Public Hospital Umi Barokah Boyolali based on medical record data with medical diagnosis abortus in October 2016-October 2017 as many as 45 respondents. Determination of sample data using slovin formula and sampling total sampling technique. Measuring tool with checklist. Analysis of data with univariate. The results of this study mostly experienced abortus imminens were 22 respondents (48.9%). Maternal age most of healthy reproductive age that is 33 respondents (73,3%). Primipara's majority mother parity is 32 respondents (71,1%). The history of maternal abortion was largely devoid of a history of abortion of 36 respondents (80.0%). The work of mothers with abortion was mostly 39 respondents (86.7%). Distance of pregnant mother of majority of pregnant mother is first child that is 32 respondent (71,1%). The results of the study into information for health workers about the prevention of abortion with a comprehensive supervision of pregnant women, so that immediately detected early if there are signs of danger in pregnancy
