This study aims to analyze the influence of Working Family Conflict, Flexibility Working and Job Stress on Employee Performance. The sample in this study amounted to 100 permanent employees. The sample used questionnaires for data collection. The sampling technique used was the probability convenience sampling method. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: 1) working family conflict has a negative influence on employee performance. 2) flexibility working has a positive effect on employee performance. 3) job stress has a negative effect on employee performanc
