Konformitas Pada Remaja Yang Mengkonsumsi Minuman Beralkhohol

The aims of this study are to understand and describes conformity in adolescents who consume alcoholic beverages. The subjects in this study were selected by purposive sampling, and they are adolescents aged 16-21 years living in P village Pekalongan city, and their status are students. This research using descriptive-qualitative approach, while the data collection method is using a semi-structured interview. The Data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis technique. Results showed that the subject, consumed alcoholic beverages are as a form of self-respect to friends in their home complex to be accepted so that they are free from fear of being dumped and mocked by his friend. When the subject gathered out with his friends, the subject feels happy because of the acceptance from his friend. The factors that may affect the conformity of alcoholic adolescents caused by internal factors such as a stress reliever, the principle of one drunk-all must be drunk, curiosity of the taste of alcoholic beverages, and the fear of being dumped. While the external factors are, the easy access alcoholic beverages, parents awareness of subject’s alcoholic behavior, respect burden with fellow alcoholic friends, the influence of alcoholic fellow, and getting mocked or bullied.
