This study aims to examine the effect of consumer focus, continuous improvement, employee training, leadership and strategic planning on operational performance. A total of 100 managers or owners of Foodstuff Industry in Semarang City serves as an object in this study. Sampling technique from this research use non probability sampling. Data obtained by conducting a survey of 100 owners or managers of Household Food Industry in Semarang City. Data analysis was done by using multiple regression analysis with SPSS program.
