Objective: To quantify size and localization differences between tumors presenting with seizures vs nonseizure neurological symptoms. Design: Retrospective imaging survey. We performed magnetic resonance imaging–based morphometric analysis and nonparametric mapping in patients with brain tumors. Setting: University-affiliated teaching hospital.
