This work aims to understand how the different components of innovation are leveraged by Social enterprises to promote new, sustainable services as a way to achieve their social mission. The chapter aims to provide an overview of the ways in which organizations can use external relationships to ease the innovation development process in a sustainable way and, in particular, we have focused on social enterprises as those social actors entering the market with new services to address the needs of a given area stakeholders that are not satisfied by the traditional market-based actors.
