Synapse formation there was an accumulation of intracellular GFP-CD63 vesicles close to the synapse areas.This video shows the process after deconvolution with Huygens Essential. These movies represent a raw (1st movie) and Huygens deconvolved (2nd movie) time series of CD63-positive green vesicles moving towards synapse areas between a Jurkat and two Raji cells.Peer reviewe
