Håndboken er utgått.The manual is no longer valid.The point of departure for the manual is the interests of safety for road workers and road users. A focal point is the Norwegian Public Roads Administration’s zero vision, which means that we shall prevent loss of life and health by limiting harm in those accidents we fail to prevent. The manual targets all those who work on roads, particularly those responsible for warnings and protection, and planners of roadwork safety, Construction Client, the authorities etc
