Problems with the existing generators is the presence of Iron core\ud Stators which cause iron losses comprising of Eddy current and Hysteresis losses.\ud Idea is to build an ironless stator which will eliminate these losses. This stator is formed\ud with the help of a mould. Design aspects of the generator comprises of double rotor and\ud concentrated winding.
