Background: In Morocco, no epidemiological study has been conducted to show the current\ud prevalence of mental disorders in the general population. The aim of the present study was to\ud assess the prevalence and comorbidity of anxiety disorders in Moroccan subjects.\ud Methods: We used cross-sectional study, with a representative sample of Casablanca city.
